Representative Falzone produces an Email Newsletter, The Beacon, running every second month. Each issue focuses on one or more current topics which are relevant to those living in the district and to the Commonwealth as a whole. Often, these issues also include information about relevant social service programs which could be useful for his constituents. Issue 5: Appliance Rebate Program - 4/9/2010 This issue provides information about the Mass Save Great Appliane Exchange, a limited-time program which allows Massachusetts residents to recieve significant rebates on purchasing new, energy-efficient appliances, and recycling the old ones. It also looks at funding for job training, affordable housing resoures, and funding for public libraries.

Issue 4: Veterans Services - 2/9/2010 This issue takes an in-depth look at a few services which are available to Veterans as they return to civilian life and at the victory which occurred at the end of 2009 when the Patrick Administration made a committement to continue the incinerator moratorium in Massachusetts. The new Cultural Caucus and its importance for job creation is also discussed.
