Representatives Katherine Clark and Mark Falzone visited the Wakefield Farmers Market at Hall Park on North Avenue on its opening day, Saturday, July 10th. The market will be open every Saturday until October 16th from 9am to 1pm.

Representative Mark Falzone spoke at the signing of House Bill 1696, An Act relative to assault and battery on health care providers, in the Governor’s Chambers on Friday, July 2nd, with Governor Deval Patrick and other legislators and advocates looking on. This legislation will enhance penalties for those who assault nurses or other health care providers while they are treating or transporting a patient.
